Refund policy
GENERAL
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs.
There are certain situations where refunds are NOT granted: (if applicable)
-Print or card with obvious signs of use.
-Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
-Items bought on sale.
-Personnalized work.
-Custom orders either made or ordered on demand.
-Any item that is not a physical product. (PNGs, PDFs or any other formats)
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they have a manufacturer defect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at natashaprevostcustomerservice@gmail.com and send your item to:

SHIPPING
Canada Post is directly responsible for all transport and shipping. All information pertaining to Canada Post’s shipping policies is contained on their public website that can be accessed here: https://www.canadapost.ca/tools/Cst/terms-e.asp
Any claim for loss, damages arising out of, in connection with, or resulting from the Purchase Order shall be made directly to Canada Post.
In no event shall Natasha Prevost be held responsible for any loss incurred by Canada Post. Each item is carefully packaged with high quality custom packaging and marked with “DO NOT FOLD OR BEND” to ensure that it arrives in optimal condition. If you wish to have additional coverage, you may choose your shipping method accordingly.
All items shall be properly identified with your order number releasing shipments against any Order and any Order item number or other identification number shown.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION AND UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you are solely responsible for correctly inputting your shipping information. If any errors in completing your shipping address results in your order to be lost or undelivered, we will not be held responsible. In the case of a lost or undelivered order resulting from your error in inputting or completing your shipping address, there will be no refund and Natasha Prevost will not be held liable.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you are solely responsible for receipt of your order in a standard sized mailbox. If Canada Post is unable to deliver your order, you will have to pick it up at Canada Post at your own expense. If Canada Post returns the order to us, we can ship the item again for additional shipping costs.

Customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, in no event shall Natasha Prevost be liable for any claim of any kind, for any loss, or for any damage arising out of, in connection with, or resulting from the Purchase Order in excess of the price allocable to the products or services giving rise to such claims. Any action resulting from Natasha Prevost’s default as to the Purchase Order must commence within 10 days after the cause has accrued. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Natasha Prevost shall have no liability for any consequential, special, punitive, incidental or indirect damages.
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 8 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out.
